The HVS Project wants and needs input from the community to ensure that it considers all perspectives, needs, and desires as it moves through the design and permitting stages.

Over the next year, the Project will be holding a series of open houses and other public meetings to provide forums for information exchange and public comments on the Project. These meetings will be publicized on this website and advertised in local newspapers. Your comments will be welcome at these meetings and via email. All comments will be carefully considered and documented by the Project as it proceeds through its approval process.
